Someone took over your body for a year.
You wouldn't have to feel any pain or any struggle.
You would simply wake up after the year is over.
They woke you up early,
took you to the gym,
gave you healthy foods,
learned new things for you,
worked on your goals,
excelled at your job,
and focused solely on building YOU.
You became conscious after the year.
Imagine where you would be
and how your life would be different.
That a year is a relatively short amount of time
compared to the rest of your life.
Realize that the struggle is only temporary.
Realize that each of those things are habits.
